About Dream Vision

The Dream Vision International Film Festival (DVIFF) is a vibrant, innovative and fast-growing festival on the world stage for filmmakers and screenwriters seeking international recognition and exposure.

Our program is designed to rekindle the passion, competitive spirit and honor of talented artists who have defied impossible odds to create something exceptional from a simple idea. Starting from the "Official Selection" stage, our participants embark on a year-long journey through the quarter-finals and semi-finals, aiming to showcase their films at our annual event, with Germany as its main destination.

Rules:

- All films must be the original work of the filmmakers and all filmmakers must have the necessary rights.

The festival reserves the right to change the programming without notice.

-Short films need to be under 50 min

-We accept only short films

- All films that are not in English, must have English language subtitles.

-You can get in touch with us through emails, but please give us five business days before hearing back.
